The management at MWL Demolition is committed to the strong leadership of a comprehensive and relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Program that provides guidance and practical tools for the protection of every person and the environment.

Health and safety are of vital interest to everyone: each person has distinct roles and responsibilities, and is accountable for maintaining a healthy and safe work environment. The collective responsibility of implementing the OHS Program together with the respective Act and Regulations, and participating in the continuous improvement of the Program, will assist in achieving our goal of eliminating all workplace incidents.

A dedication to safe and sustainable practices in all aspects of our operations extends to the protection of the environment. MWL undertakes all activities in a responsible manner that minimizes adverse impacts on the environment, ensuring the issue of environmental protection never loses its importance or significance.

Policy and procedural improvements are expected and are regarded as part of a continual process to improve safety and health on worksites. With this in mind, the OHS Program elements are reviewed at least annually to ensure that they are current, effectual and compliant.

By working in a spirit of consultation and co-operation, committing to safety together, we can make the goal of outstanding performance in health and safety at our workplaces possible.
