All MWL employees are experienced workers with demolition backgrounds. Professional training is provided to all our employees on an on-going basis. Up to date certification in all courses is an industry requirement.
Safety training and courses include:
- Site demolition planning, including hazard inspection
- Professionally certified Construction Safety Officer with demolition experience and with ASTTBC
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods
- Level 1 & 3 First Aid
- Respirator Fit Training
- Traffic Control
- Fall Protection
- Aerial Lift
Our in-house training includes daily safety checklists for both workers and equipment. Regular tool box meetings are held to discuss new business or hazard issues. These meetings are recorder for future reference for both employees, Superintendents and the client.
